WANTED
Fugitive from justice
Name: Gino Couella

Fugitive should be considered armed and dangerous! Never attempt to apprehend. Call this office or the police. This defendant is wanted for the crime of delivery of controlled substance/felony possession of firearms. There may be a CASH REWARD for information leading to this fugitive's arrest!

I didn't get the collar but I did provide good intel with my C.I. to assist in his apprehension. I had staked out his father's 'Ink Shop' and other friends places for some time. We missed him by 5 minutes in New Orleans. US Marshals were waiting. but he never showed up for work that day. Gino was also in Las Vegas on the same weekend I was. This was simply amazing. We had no idea. I was there for business trip and Gino was there doing his "own" business.

Case #2

Real Estate Deal Gone Sour

An elderly family was cheated out of contract payments by receiving hot checks. I got two felony warrants against the offenders (in Austin), I MADE THEM AN OFFER THEY COULD NOT REFUSE. "PLEASE LEAVE THE HOME OR FACE ME ON THE MORROW". They left. We took possession of the home, sold the property and made an all cash deal of $77,000.00 profit to the Elderly couple. I never had to use the two felony charges against them. I never let them know I had those charges waiting for them the next day. They did the right thing.
They left.
"Thank you Derrel for saving our future. This house in Austin was all our future. God bless you for what you did. You got our house back out of foreclosure, helped us sell it and we made $77,000.00. J.D. had Lou Garig's disease and could not do anything to assist. He passed away just as you got those thieves out of our home. I thank you for all you did."

Case #3

The 'Squatters'

A home was sold on a lease /option, an absolutely beautiful home with custom painted walls and murals. The new owners turned it into a "hair salon on a cul de sac". They tore out load bearing walls and destroyed the house. I went to the owner and informed them of "sound" reasons why they would want to vacate as soon as possible.
THEY LEFT.
Well, one decided to come back and live there on weekends and nights when he thought that no one supposedly knew. I was waiting for him. The owner and I were present when I had Harris Co. deputies converge on the guy in his car as he left the property. It was a funny story but not for him. He was busted with 1/2 pound of black tar heroin.
